The TRUX Professional Services team, with over thirty years of combined industry experience, will work closely with you and your team during the TRUX Software Implementation process. Our team guides you through each stage: from the initial consultation and installation to end user training and preparation to “go live”.

The team can work with you and your staff onsite, or remotely, via phone and desktop sharing tools, regardless of whether you are a single user/single site service provider or a large multi-user/multi-site company providing a full set of waste management services.

New Implementations

In a new implementation scenario, TRUX 7 is being installed and you are entering in your data from scratch. Our team helps you install and configure the TRUX application to work in your environment and meet your company’s operational requirements. We make sure that TRUX 7 will be fully capable of managing operations for your business; including Customer Accounts, Scheduling Calls, Route Sheets, Invoicing, and Payment Processing.

Our team can then provide assistance in implementing advanced features; including Container Tracking, Automated Credit Card Processing, Mapping, GPS Capability, and Customized Forms. When the implementation is completed, your company is operational, using TRUX 7, with trained users, efficient processes, and effective procedures, so you can focus on running your business.

Conversion Implementation

The waste business doesn’t stop for anyone. We know that you need to maintain your existing company data and continue operations while you upgrade your back-office application. It doesn’t matter if you are coming from another waste industry application, a custom in-house application, or a generic data source: our skilled experts have performed countless conversions from a variety of sources.

Our Professional Services team will work with your technical staff to map out your current data structure and migrate it into our application. We design and map the conversion and then test it in an offline copy of your data. Then, when you are completely satisfied with the converted data, we can schedule a ‘live’ conversion. This two-stage process requires less downtime and minimizes the impact on your operation and staff.

Keep your staff up-to-date on the latest features and leverage the full power of your TRUX 7 back-office application. We can train existing staff on specific features; including Mapping, Dispatching, and Reporting. Or, our team can train new staff members to quickly get them up-to-speed with the application and immediately boost their productivity.

Another option is to have our trainers provide refresher training to existing employees or departments. We can analyze how they currently use TRUX 7 to perform their day-to-day tasks and provide training on the under used features.

Getting More From Your TRUX Experience

Our Professional Services team can sit with your group and analyze how effeciently you are using the available functionality in TRUX 7. We can identify tools which are available but are not being used, or are not being used to their full potential. By the end of the session, your staff will have created a “pick list” and we can work together to start training your staff on those features.
