Colors Legend
The Colors Legend is available when a program is opened within TRUX as a tool to inform users of the status or type identified by color within the opened program.
- Open a program.
- Hover the mouse over the Colors Legend icon in the top right corner of the shortcut ribbon.
- The Colors Legend window will open and indicate the identify the status or type for each color used within this program.
- Not all programs will use a Colors Legend if colors are not used as identifiers. Such as Message Management, Market Rate Maintenance, etc...
- The Colors Legend does not display on the homepage.
- Colors may have multiple status and type uses that will be separated by a slash /.
- Example: In Customer Explorer, Blue is used to identify a customer as Suspended and identify a Primary Contact.
- The status or type may vary between programs.
- Example: Red is Payments in Account Inquiry and Inactive/Closed/Stopped in Customer Explorer.
