Generate a summary or detailed report of unassigned calls by specified date and service type.

 

Navigate To: Report>Report Center>Routing>Unassigned Calls Summary Report

1. Select report type Summary or Detail.

2. Select Date Range.

3. Select all, multiple or single Service Type.

4. Select an output.
