Customer Routing

Generate a list of routed and/or on-call services by customer service, service type, route day and number.

 

  1. Select Report Sequence preference. (Numeric, Alphabetic or Street).

  2. Select Service Status. (All, Active Only, Stopped Services Only).

  3. Select to Include or Do Not Include On-Call Services.

  4. Select Site Location options. (All, By City, By Zip/Postal Code, By Area).

  5. Select all, multiple or single Service Types.

  6. Select an output.
