Customer Routing
Generate a list of routed and/or on-call services by customer service, service type, route day and number.
Navigate To: Reports>Report Center>Customer>Customer Routing Report

Select Report Sequence preference. (Numeric, Alphabetic or Street).

Select Service Status. (All, Active Only, Stopped Services Only).

Select to Include or Do Not Include On-Call Services.

Select Site Location options. (All, By City, By Zip/Postal Code, By Area).

Select all, multiple or single Service Types.

Select an output.
