Android Interface Setting
20189 Added the Breadcrumb Tracking tab for configuring which Vehicles, Drivers and Routes are to have Breadcrumb Trail information recorded.
Code Maintenance
19550 Code tables belonging to the Inspection Item Group and Inspection Items now exist for configuring DVIR setup features.
19803 Create a new option for Zones that represent graphical regions intended for use with the Price Class module.
20119 The Container Type configuration now allows for the entry of Quantities to work as a Generic Container Inventory.
Company Settings
19549 Added a field to store the US Dot or National Safety Code for customers using the DVIR module.
Container Inventory
20151 Updated the Add/Modify Container program to log changes and not allow access to Container Types identified as Generic.
Create a New Price Class
19809 Updated the current Create a New Price Class program with the ability to associate and add zone specific pricing.
Customer Entry
19810 Moved the Mapping selections to Step 1 Site Details section and added the Zone filtering for Price Class selection.
Customer Explorer
19811 Update the “Create New Service from Price Class” Program, the price class dropdown list will be based on below 3 level priority:
- Customer Specific Pricing (Customer or Site has a Default Price Class), then find pricing base on the zone and bin size parameters.
- Zone Pricing, based on service bin size and other parameters to find price class and then locate to the pricing base on the zone.
- Non Zone pricing, show the price class list which has no zone setting but other bin size etc parameter matches.
- Add site map tab to show which zone the current site is in.
20631 After configuring Generic Container Inventory, the Containers tab will display a entry for each Assign/Unassign activity performed.
Dispatch
19361 Dispatch Setup now allows user customization of the Push Pins for each Container Type.
DVIR Center
19553 Created the DVIR Center found under the Routing menu. Within this program an authorized user is able to review the DVIR detail and print, preview or send a copy of the DVIR report. The parameters allow the user to gather specific reports based on Date, Inspection Name, Vehicle, Vehicle Type and Driver if required.
Inspection List Manager
19551 Created the Inspection List Manager program found under System > Configuration. Here the Administrator will create/modify an Inspection List and define all items relative to a vehicle inspection, assign Vehicle Types, confirm the Inspection Items required and indicate if the Inspection List belongs to Pre Trip, Post Trip or both. Please note that both the Vehicle and Trailer Inspection Items lists include the ability to require a note from the operator (Note Req. column) if necessary. For those customers using RouteAssist, the appropriate Pre and Post Trip Inspections will be presented for the driver to complete. Refer to ticket 19550 for configuration details required to complete the setup.
Manage Users
20541 Added a button to store the user's signature (.jpg, .jpeg or .png), an image box to present signature and a button to clear the signature stored.
OBC Settings
19823 Added a configuration for DVIR Driver Input Method.
- Standard Input: The Driver must identify each inspected item.
- Quick Input: The Driver only identifies failed items.
Pending Adjustment Approval
20307 If the user accesses a tax line by double click and the tax was calculated with the new tax details calculation, a dialog will pop up with tax details. If the invoice was created before tax detail calculation the dialog will show a red label on top that to indicate that the tax has no details and the summary line will be adjusted as before.
Price Class Center
19804 Price Class Maintenance and Create New Price Class menu options are now replaced by the Price Class Center. It is here that an authorized user can maintain Price Class Details, assign pricing by Zone and Copy Zone Pricing within its detail. New features include Copy Service & Pricing which duplicate an existing Price Class Detail to save the effort of configuring similar Price Class Details. Within the Price Class Details, selecting the Zone name opens the Zone Pricing window used for maintaining the Zone Rates.
19805 The Validate Current Rates with Price Class option allows an authorized user to compare existing rates with those of the Zones in one of three ways. The All Active Customers selection reports All rates for All active accounts, the corresponding Price Class rate if one exists and the Zone to which the Site is assigned. The Active Customers with Different Rates selection compares the existing rate with those configured for the matching Zone and reports the differences. And the Active Customers with No Zone Pricing selection displays the list of rates not found in a Price Class.
Production Data Export Center
20396 Created the Production Data Export program found under the Routing menu. Using a variety of parameters the user is able to add additional field calculations using the formula builder and choose from Detail or several Group Summary options to produce and Export of data for analysis. The Customize Export Fields allows the user to reduce/re order the exported fields and the process uses the same logic and calculations as the Route Audit report to provides flexibility without requiring a custom utility for complicated needs. For easy repetition, the Scheduler feature will allow an export with specific parameters to execute, export and email the result at the requested frequency. The View Schedule Report and View History Report options will identify Export Parameter sets with their corresponding Schedule detail and History of execution.
Report DVIR
19558 Created a Driver Vehicle Inspection Report based on the record captured from tablet.
Report Fuel Consumption
20909 Due to the logic of reporting the previous odometer values as starting point, in the event no previous values exist the report will now use the first value for the beginning of the calculations.
Report Route Audit
20726 Corrected the Detail report to convert Distance UOM to Vehicle UOM in the event they are different and make it consistent with the Summary format.
Report Center
19341 Created a new report under the System branch called Users Logged On for Administrators to confirm which Users are working in the system.
20238 For billings generated under the new version, the Taxable / Non taxable Revenue report exists under Report Center > Accounting.
Route Center
20240 For Customers using RouteAssist, the program will now track the bread crumb trail of a Vehicle and display the route as driven within the Display Map option along with its statistics. A new table BC01 exists to store the data.
Service Center
20120 Created a new Service Center program found under the Routing menu. This feature is used to query Service data through a variety of parameters, save parameter sets as a Profile, Export the result or provide actionable items at the detail level to items that will assist in decisions making or service evaluation. In combination with the Container Availability and Map (Container Map) option the user is able to better manage existing services. In addition to some of the standard context menu selections, The Service Snapshot feature provides quick access to a variety of details and recent activity and the Customer Activity Audit and Customer Revenue Analysis provide customer specific reports with minimal user input.

Account Inquiry
19330 Increased the font size and made bold the Pay Specific Invoices and Pay Account Balance labels.
19336 Added an Aging section to the Print Invoice List report.
19433 Added a new field used to search for the Work Order number which if found will highlight the invoice to which it belongs and the detail line containing the Work Order.
19718 Added the ability to Delete Payment and Delete Adjustment within an Open Billing Period, please review Manage Security Profiles for the appropriate setup.
19738 Added a new tab for Declined (Credit Card) Transactions.
20050 For Invoices created with the new version, double clicking a Tax Item will display a new window called Tax Details. If the Tax amount was manually changed during the Adjustment process, the line will appear in Dark Violet font.
20254 For Customers using the Adjustment Approval process, hovering over an Adjustment will display the User that created the Adjustment.
20291 The Account Detail tab Payment Summary option can now be Previewed, Printed or Emailed.
20415 Corrected the "System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error that appears if entering Customer 0 and Site 1 then tab. The same was done for Schedule a Call In and Enter Disposal Tickets.
20540 In order to assist with tracking the relationship between Transferred Payments and Apply Credit Balance records, the items transferred or applied will now be linked. In the event the user attempts to Delete one of these Adjustments/Payments a list of detail Payments/Adjustments will display confirming all of the records to be deleted as well in order to insure the Account remains in balance. The program will no longer allow a Payment/Adjustment to be Reversed/Transferred a second time.
Android Interface Setting
19769 Added "Force driver to do LEED Breakdown when available" to the options found on the Misc tab to function as the option describes.
20860 Added a Redo flag to the Issue Types Available to Driver section which will indicate that the driver needs to return and redo the call after creating the customer issue. Only Issue Types available for driver can have this flag checked.
22076 The Misc tab now contains the DVIR Downtime Codes section where both a Pre Trip and Post Trip Downtime Reason can be set and applied to the segment of time between the Start of Route and first Call as well as the last Stop and the End of Route.
Announcement Center
20455 Suppressed the parameters such that they will only appear on the first page of the report.
20456 Added a "copy from" button to select an Announcement as the source to copy.
Apply Credit Balance
20257 Added the ability to apply credit balances by Invoice Range in order to isolate specific invoices recently created.
20712 Updated the process to store a batch number in the new DM01P_GROUP field and allow a linked applications to reverse.
Batch Post Cash
19334 Created in Invoice Detail screen where multiple Invoices can be selected for posting.
Call Maintenance
19764 The Map Call tab will display the GPS information capture at the time the Driver Starts and Finishes a Call.
20134 Added the ability to modify the Activity, Qty and Reference of a future (Not Scheduled) call. Cash Receipts Batch Processing
19431 For Batch Post Cash and Post Cash, without entering an Invoice but including a valid Customer and Site 0, the details button will show all the invoices for that customer regardless how the customer is billed. A new column was added to the Invoice Detail window to show the billing site for invoices. For Post Cash Receipts, a new Select Invoices button exists for selecting multiple Invoices.
Check Reconcilliation
19827 Removed the ability to void a check that belongs to a closed accounting period.
Close Billing Period
19332 The Close Billing Period window will remain open after using the Close Period button. The Close button in the upper right corner will now be used to Close instead.
19466 The Roll Forward Calculation now includes a value for Balance Forward Entries to assist with conversions and acquisitions.
Code Maintenance
19339 Added an Apply All check box at the top in order to select all applicable Taxes.
19340 Added the Route Type grouping to the Service Type configuration to prevent Users from setting up a Service Type and forgetting to assign it to a Route Type.
19343 Added an All option to the Service Type and Activity selections.
19470 Added the Hide Inactive Vehicles option which when selected removes inactive vehicles from view.
20632 Existing Container Types will now display a summary by Size/UOM for the service types the type is associated. The summary will be based on actual container inventory (Numbered) or Summary by Service Size/UOM (Generic) and with either display the actual inventory count (in the case of Numbered) or allow the administrator to indicate the number of containers (Generic). For those customers using the Web Portal, an image can be stored for presentation during the Online Bin Ordering process and a Note field for additional remarks.
20767 Added the ability to assign Site Defaults (Tax Jurisdiction, Map, Area and Surcharge Settings) to each Zone that will populate new entries accordingly.
20768 Changed the label from Customer > Contract Legal to Legal Document and added an option called Web Portal that makes it available for the Online Bin ordering system.
20788 Added a deferred flag for Taxes and Miscellaneous Transactions configured as Surcharge.
20799 Added validation to prevent the activity/material code and service type combination on more than one contract rate column, the program will show a message to indicate the combination already exists and for which column.
20828 When changes are made to Zones, the process that updates Sites is performed in a separate thread.
21988 Added a new column in the grid for miscellaneous type to show Surcharge, Demurrage Charge or None.
22147 Added support for HTML format for the Container Type note and increased the size to 2000 characters.
Code Replacement
19452 Added GL Codes to the list of code types to replace.
Company Settings
19483 Suppressed the API Key if C2Logix is selected within the Route Modeling Settings on the Routing tab.
20033 Added the Default Pay Terms field to the Accounting tab that will be used if the Customer specific value is 0.
20431 Added the "Changes to the email server configuration will be applied after TRUX gets restarted." message to notify users that settings will not take effect until the program is re launched.
20719 A new parameter called "Container availability will include Unassigned and Scheduled calls in the last x service days" to improve the accuracy of the Container Availability calculation by including work that has not yet been completed in the last x days.
20771 For customers using the Web Portal the “End hour for same day requests” setting found within the Service Days section on the Routing tab can be used to notify Portal customers of the cut off time for same day orders.
20821 For those customers using the Contract Center and relying on an API to communicate with a 3rd Party, the Contract section now exists to configure the behavior of the details of the Rates. The "Read only on the Contract Bin Information Created From Web API" is used to guarantee that details passed into TRUX by API are read only to the user and the "Contract Rate Setting" identifies if the details will be organized Per Contract Column or Per Activity/Material.
Container Inventory
19453 When hovering over the Location value, the Tool Tip will now display the Site Name and Address.
22036 Added the Container Availability button which will display the Container Availability Calendar.
Contract Center
20611 Created an option called Generate Contracts for Existing Services to launches a window called Generate Contracts. This feature creates a contract object for existing Customer data according to the parameters chosen and is expected to work with the Contract Renewal process. The Service Selection button launches the Generate Contracts Service Selection window that previews the details to create if the Generate Contracts button is used.
20615 Created a Service Comparison Dialog used during the finalization of a renewal contract.
Contract Detail
19963 Added one more column On the contract detail Window when adding an attachment to allow the user to select the attachment type and control access by security profile.
Create a New Price Class
21992 Added the ability to copy Zone Pricing when Create New Price Class is used with the Copy Another Price Class option.
Create New Company
19345 Updated the Default Company Setting for Charge Interest to Yes when creating a new Company.
Credit Card Processing
19832 The Note text will now appear in the Tool Tip that appears when hovering over an O A payment processed by Credit Card.
Customer Explorer
19344 Combined the Fixed Recurring and Variable Recurring items into a single Recurring payment entry.
19360 Added a new Logging Event called Attachment Change for modifications made to attachments.
19427 Increased the width of the Aging fields on the Receivables tab to display numbers larger than 999,999.99.
19590 Updated scanning functionality to take advantage of the Document Feeder if it exists and the device software supports multi page scanning.
19724 Added a new logging event called Statement Sent to record when a Statement is emailed.
19763 A new context menu item called Display Map is now available and will display the recorded GPS position of the Stop as serviced by the RouteAssist application. If a GPS location is found the Apply Service Location to Site will update the Site GPS coordinates and the Email button will email the Map image.
19766 Added a new option to the Create New Service option to include "Create a new service from an existing one." that when selected allows the user to search and select a completely different Customer/Site/Service combination as the template. The feature also includes the ability to re assign the Container from the "From" Service.
19799 Re organized the service calendar to make it more user friendly, added an email button and the month/year selection boxes. Changing the date selections and using the Update button will refresh the calendar.
20108 Presentation of the Images window now contains sections for Customer Images, Site Images, Calls, Disposal tickets and Issues. Customer and Site Images configured for tablet display will show (Tablet) beneath the image.
20118 Added Start Time and Finish Time columns to the Completed grid.
20133 Added a context menu option called Delete Contact for users accustomed to using a Right Click option instead of the Delete button.
20433 Increased the size of the Days recurring schedule field to allow 4 digits in the case where the Service needs scheduled for every 1095 days.
20457 Updated the program to display the Competitor field at all times rather then only after closing a Service to allow recording the Competitor from which the business was won.
20620 Services defined as "Days" frequency will now display as Routed stops on the calendar.
20637 The program will now warn a user if adding a new Rate to a Service with a future effective rate in order to prevent unexpected rate changes. An example of the message is "1 rate exists for this activity in the future. Would you like to continue?".
20657 Added a logging event stating "Attachment <attachment path\name> has been sent to <recipient> on <send date>" in order to record which attachments have been sent.
20716 Corrected the logging for when the Service Calendar is sent by email.
20734 The New Image dialogue contains a new option called "Available for tablet" which makes images available for display on the tablet.
20766 Created a new Generic Cash Account for Haul it that interacts with the Online Bin Ordering process (refer to ticket x ). Only one Generic Cash Account is allowed per database as it is the equivalent to a generic COD account. This new feature allows multiple users to access the same account but create record locks at the Site level. For this account the system will require a Sales Rep and Default Price Class.
20793 The Customer Name field will display wider if both the Old Customer Number field and Vegas Cash Customer option are hidden.
20830 When using the Create Services From the Price Class option, in the scenario that the Site is associated with a zone, the program will only show the activities and materials from that zone and will hide the include column on both Activity and Material grids.
20883 Updated the Container tab to display the new Generic Container formatted columns if Generic inventory type is assigned to the specific Service Type.
20890 Attempting to delete the primary contact from the contact tab now presents 'Are you sure you would like to delete the primary contact for this customer?' Clicking No does not delete the contact. Clicking yes deletes the contact.
22277 For an operational company linked within the national accounts database, Customer Explorer does not allow updates unless the user also has update rights in the national accounts company. For operational purposes, all users will now have access to the Mapping tab.
Customer Issue Monitor
20135 Added Assigned To column to the Customer Issue List found on the Homepage under open customer issues and added the User Assigned column to the Customer Issue Monitor report.

Dispatch
19625 Added a Right Click option to allow a User to draw a circle and select calls on a Google map then choose to Assign them.
19720 Added the ability to Move Calls from the Assigned window if multiple calls are selected.
20159 Added Zip Code/Postal Code column to the display in order to assist with grouping calls together when assigning.
20912 Similar to Quick Assign, the Insert Before and Insert After buttons now beside the Quick Assign will insert the call beside the highlighted call in the bottom grid.
21991 Added a Zone Filter to Dispatch Filters and also added the Zone column to the list of displayed columns.
22034 Updated the Container Availability button to launch the Container Availability Calendar.
Disposal Ticket Entry
19472 The email button will now present a Send dialogue similar to Print Invoices and will attach images based on the Notification Settings.
20036 Update the material dropdown column to show the materials with customer material rate in black and standard rate in blue. The order should be grouped by color then alphabetically. For Leed Materials, show the description as Wood(Leed) instead of using an orange font.
20826 Updated the program to default the Disposal Facility each time Save & New is used.
22280 Improved the performance of loading the Disposal Ticket window especially in environments with a great deal of images.
Disposal Ticket Reconciliation
19624 Added an option to include Reconciled Items.
20163 Added the Total Quantity field at the end of the report and summarized by Unit of Measure.
Email Invoice
20834 The Notification process will now email Invoice Notifications to Customers and Sites of an account configured as Separate AR Customer if the Contact is eligible.
Enter Balance Forward
19434 Modified the grid display to hold the sort order after an invoice is selected for display and closed.
20590 The Balance Forward function will now include radio buttons for Receivable or Payable if the selected account is configured as Net or Pay Rebate. If the Payable is selected, the amount must be negative. Entering by Batch now displays an additional column for Payable and the checkbox will validate the amount.
Enter Completed Route Data
19653 For customers using RouteAssist, Login/Logoff records will create Driver Clock In/Clock Out entries automatically if the User does not use the Driver Clock In/Out button.
20630 The completion process will now update the Generic Container Inventory table for any activity designated with a Container Action but will not prompt the user to make an inventory change by displaying None on the completion screen.
Enter Detailed Route Completion
19435 Added the ability to un assign then reassign the same container for an activity defined with an Exchange inventory action.
Generate Interest Charges
20034 Added an option to Calculate Interest On All Balances Exceeding Payment Terms. If the Account specific terms are 0 the Company Default (Accounting tab > Default Pay Terms) is used.
20194 Added the ability to generate based on Billing Cycle.
Generate Invoices
20049 Updated the billing program to store the tax calculation of each line item in a separate table to be used for calculating taxable and non taxable revenue.
20681 Modified the billing program to store detail tax and surcharge records that will allow for each to calculate earned and deferred amounts. Other programs affected include Revenue by Billing Cycle and Roll Forward Calculation.
22213 Updated the program not to update the CM05_BILLTODT field for lift records ('A').
GL Revenue Details Export
20239 Added an option to the Transaction Type selection called "Tax Details (Billed)" next to Taxes which will report detail taxes if billed using the new version.
20434 Increased the width of the Map Missing GL #'s to allow easier selection of the GL Account Number.
20789 Added the calculation for deferred taxes and surcharges.
Global Suspend
20170 Added the ability to Globally Close accounts and log the event.
Homepage
19358 Added the Issue Type description to the Home Page display.
20438 Broadcast Message now contains a grid of Companies to selectively choose which companies will receive the message.
20769 Added a section to the Homepage for failed online bin orders where an issue occurred after the order was charged to the client's credit card but not successfully completed in TRUX.
Import/Export File Configuration
19429 Updated the import format field selection with the addition of the GL Number and updated the import process to observe the modified format.
Login Screen
20181 For Customers using the Days routing frequency, if the schedule needs to be reset, moving the Start Routing Date ahead to the appropriate Date will reset the future scheduled stops.
Maintain Route Numbers
20169 Added a filter to display Inactive/Active routes.
Maintain Routes
20911 Added a New Seq# column that allows a user to enter the desired sequence for a faster method of re sequencing. Also default the display to connect each sequence with a Polyline with an option to Draw Route. Similar changes were made to Re sequence Calls.
22046 Added a Refresh button to update the map once the user has made changes to the order of the stops.
Manage Disposal Facility
20547 Added logging of detail changes to Material Rates.
20638 Updated the criteria that result in the "Dependencies Detected" message such that it will only appear if the disposal tickets on file specifically reference the material line item.
20704 Added a new logging event called 'Facility Rate Changed' to track changes to rates, addition of new rates, etc...
Manage Security profile
20435 The Pending Adjustment Approval branch found under Accounting > Adjustments now includes an additional item called *Approve Own Adjustments which behaves as indicated and allows a user to enter and approve their own adjustments.
20857 The option to "Handle Failed Online Bin Orders" now exists for Customers using the Web Portal. Granting permission to this feature will display a new section on the Home Page for failed online bin orders.
Message Management
20735 Added the ability to delete multiple mail messages.
Miscellaneous Transaction Entry
19436 Updated to allow 3 decimals in the Rate to match Weigh IT functionality.
20132 Added a new Logging Event called "Misc. Transaction Manual Entry" to record when a Miscellaneous Transaction was entered manually.
Move Calls Between Routes
19428 Corrected the display of the Move Scheduled Calls window by making it wider to display the vertical scroll bar.

Overdue letter utility
19440 Updated the default form to correct the format of Canadian postal codes by adding a space after the first three characters.
19447 The process will now email letters in the background similar to Print Invoices.
Pending Adjustment Approval

20103 Changed the Pending Detail Adjustment Report to landscape orientation and added the Adjustment Note as a new column under adjustment detail section.
20562 Added a Posting Date column to identify when the Adjustment was requested and renamed the original date column to Inv.Date that reflects the date of the Invoice affected. The Date filter uses the Posting Date as criteria for display.
Price Increase
19717 Corrected the query accuracy when selecting model criteria based on multiple Custom Fields.
20259 Added Qty and Routed Lifts to the output of Test Model.
20444 Added Average Weight to the result of Test Model.
20707 Added an option called "Replace unbilled rates when effective dates match" to override existing new rates that otherwise would appear on the exceptions list under Future Rates.
20817 Added a logging event called "Price Increase Application Deleted" to record when the data for an executed model if cleared by a user through the Edit function.
20866 Increased the spacing around the Apply Increase button to separate from the scroll bar and the Save Pricing.
Print Customer Statements
19337 Added the option to filter by Collection Agent. The same filter was added to the Overdue Letter parameter screen.
20439 Added the original invoice amount to the default format, please contact the Support department for updates to existing custom forms.
20640 Updated the Include Credit Balance Accounts parameter to Account Balances Greater Than $x.xx, which defaults to $0.00.
Print Invoice
19493 Updated the Default Invoice format to include the TRUX Company Code. Please contact Support to update a custom Invoice forms.
Print Invoices
19338 Added the ability to include the Payment Details on the Invoice. Please contact Support if a customized form needs an update.
Print Residential Postcard invoices
20436 Modified the General Message fields to allow for 80 characters.
Print Route Sheets
20787 Increased the width of the Screen to display all columns including the preview icon.

Report Aged Trial Balance
19650 Corrected the Include Suspended Customers option to exclude Active Customers unless otherwise selected.
